Tortas Hamburguesas
Tortas Hamburguesas are a tasty Mexican take on regular hamburgers. The tasty beef patties are seasoned with paprika and cumin, and they come on a soft bun with fresh toppings and sauces. Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup minced onion 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste 4 hamburger buns 4 slices of cheese Lettuce leaves Tomato slices Pickles Mayonnaise Ketchup Instructions: Put the breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl Add the ground beef and mix them together Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty Warm up a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat Cook the burger patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them Add a slice of cheese to each patty in the l...
