Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball Dip



This Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball Dip is a tasty and simple appetizer that's great for any event. The cheeseball tastes great because it is creamy and has savory flavors from the cheddar and ranch seasoning. The pecans' crunchy coating is also a nice contrast in textures.

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Put softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning mix in a bowl

Mix everything together well

Roll the mixture into a ball and cover it with plastic wrap

Put in the fridge for at least an hour, or until it gets firm

Take the cheeseball out of the fridge and unwrap it once it's firm

Spread out the chopped pecans and fresh parsley on top of the cheeseball

Put it out with pretzels, crackers, or sliced vegetables
