No-Churn Rocky Road Ice Cream



Enjoy the smooth, creamy goodness of home-made ice cream without having to buy an ice cream maker. With its marshmallows, almonds, and chocolate chips, this no-churn rocky road ice cream is a great treat for any event.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined

Fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped almonds, and mini chocolate chips

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm

Serve and enjoy!
