Fiesta Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and cooked
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and avocado
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper
